Kaspersky Security Integrations for MSP

Mapping products

Set up mapping between ConnectWise Manage products and Kaspersky Lab products, so that usage information about Kaspersky Lab products appears in ConnectWise Manage as Agreement Additions.

On the Products tab of the Kaspersky Security Integration Tool for MSP window, you can match Kaspersky Lab products with their equivalents in ConnectWise Manage. You can edit the existing product mapping as well.

The list of available products differs depending on which Kaspersky Lab solution you use: Kaspersky Security Center or Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud.

To set up product mapping:

1. In the Kaspersky Security Integration Tool for MSP window, click the Products tab.
2. Map each Kaspersky Lab product in the Kaspersky Lab product column to its equivalent in the ConnectWise Manage product column.

   Each Kaspersky Lab product can be mapped to one ConnectWise Manage product only.

3. When you have finished product mapping, click the Save changes button to save the mapping.
