Custom fields in ConnectWise Manage

Kaspersky Security Integration with ConnectWise Manage provides easy access to valuable integration-specific information on ConnectWise Manage companies directly from ConnectWise Manage user interface. You can view this information in each ConnectWise Manage company profile and use this information in ConnectWise Manage reports.

The following custom fields are available for the ConnectWise Manage companies:

  • If you use Kaspersky Security Center
    • Kaspersky virtual server—name of the virtual server mapped to this company in Kaspersky Security Integration Tool for MSP.
  • If you use Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud:
    • Kaspersky workspace—Name of the workspace mapped to this company in Kaspersky Security Integration Tool for MSP.
    • Kaspersky workspace URL—Link to open your Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud workspace form ConnectWise Manage company profile.

If you by chance deleted the custom fields created by the integration, you can restore them.

To restore the custom fields:

  1. Start or restart Kaspersky Security Integration Tool for MSP.
  2. Change the value for any parameter on either tab (Companies, Ticketing, Products) to activate the Save changes button.
  3. Click the Save changes button.

    The custom fields display after you saved changes to your Integration. However, this workaround is applicable only at the first start of the Kaspersky Security Integration Tool for MSP, that's why restart is required.

  4. Revert the change, you made at step 2 and save your settings.

As a result, the custom fields become available in the ConnectWise Manage company profile.
