About Caller ID

The Caller ID tab on the Home screen allows you to download or open the Kaspersky Who Calls app. The app protects you from spam, allowing you to block any unwanted calls.

Please note: the Kaspersky Who Calls app is currently available only in certain regions. It is available in Plus and Premium subscription plans only to users in Russia.

Activate the Kaspersky Who Calls app using a subscription detected for your My Kaspersky account

To use a subscription that includes Kaspersky Who Calls functionality, sign in to My Kaspersky in the app to activate premium features at no extra charge.

To sign in manually to My Kaspersky in the app, go to Settings > Profile and tap Sign in.

If you have the Kaspersky app installed on your device, do one of the following to activate a subscription:

• During setup, choose an account you want to use.
• Go to Settings > Profile and tap Sign in

Choose a subscription you want to use and tap Use this subscription.

Make sure that you sign in to the same My Kaspersky account that you are using in the Kaspersky app.

If you are signed in to My Kaspersky in Kaspersky Who Calls, go to Settings > Profile > > Check for subscription to manually check for an available subscription.

You can also send a subscription to your device on My Kaspersky.
