Telegram-specific data provision
When using the Social Privacy feature to update your Telegram privacy settings, you first need to use a web browser to sign in to the service.
The web browser logs the user's personal data as follows: a folder with user logs is created inside the Kaspersky app directory. Access to the log file is limited and by default is granted only to the Kaspersky app and also to the user if the device has been rooted.
Saved logs are stored on your device until one of the following occurs:
- You sign out of your Telegram account
- You withdraw your consent to the Privacy Statement (for the EU, UK, Brazil, Vietnam, and residents of the US state of California)
- You uninstall the Kaspersky app from your device (for other regions)
For more information about your web browser, see its documentation.
