Leaving feedback on a number
In Kaspersky Who Calls, you can leave feedback on a number from your recent calls and caller ID pop-up notification, or manually add it to My numbers.
When you mark a phone number as spam, it is added to the Spam list in My numbers. Kaspersky specialists review all reports and add phone numbers to the online spam database after verifying the received information. It may take some time to process the spam report.
When you mark a phone number as not spam, it is added to the Trusted list in My numbers and stored on your device. Calls from these numbers will not be blocked.
How to leave feedback on a phone number from your recent calls
- On the navigation bar, tap
. - Select a number and tap Leave feedback.
- Mark the number as Spam or Trusted and enter your comment in the Who called you? section.
- Tap Send.
How to leave feedback on a phone number from the caller ID pop-up notification
When you receive a call, Kaspersky Who Calls displays a pop-up notification with information about the phone number.
- In the caller ID pop-up notification, tap Leave feedback on number.
- Mark the number as Spam or Not spam and enter your comment.
- Tap Send.
How to add a phone number to My numbers
- On the navigation bar, tap My numbers.
- Tap
. - Select the entry type.
- Depending on the entry type, enter the phone number or a range of phone numbers, and mark it as Spam or Trusted.
- Enter your comment in the Who called you? section.
- Tap Add.

If you add a number to your trusted list, it will be stored in the My numbers section on your device, and calls from this number will not be blocked.
How to edit your feedback
- On the navigation bar, tap My numbers.
- Select a number.
- Mark the number as Spam or Trusted.
- Edit your comment as needed.
- Tap Send.
The phone number will be moved to the selected list.
If you create a range of phone numbers in your spam list and a number that you previously marked as non-spam is in this range, the number will be ignored and will be considered non-spam.
