Kaspersky Who Calls for Android

Caller ID for messengers

Due to WhatsApp limitations, Kaspersky Who Calls currently cannot display number information from WhatsApp. Blocking calls from non-contacts still works for WhatsApp calls.

This feature is available in the Premium version of Kaspersky Who Calls and now supports Caller ID for incoming calls only in WhatsApp.

Kaspersky Who Calls can show you reputation and other information about incoming calls in messengers.

When you receive a call via a messenger, Kaspersky Who Calls processes the phone number from the messenger notification and displays a pop-up notification with information about the phone number.

You can also configure the app to automatically block incoming calls in messengers.

How to turn on caller ID for messengers

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Incoming calls.
  3. Turn on the WhatsApp calls switch.

The app needs permission to read notifications. If you haven't given the app permission to read your notifications, you will be prompted to do so.

If you revoke this permission later in your device settings, the feature will turn off.
