The operating system restarted unexpectedly

Problem

Unexpected restart of a computer with Kaspersky MLAD installed.

Solution

Wait for the computer restart to finish. After the computer has restarted, the following statuses of Kaspersky MLAD are possible:

• Kaspersky MLAD has fully resumed normal operation.
• Kaspersky MLAD has not resumed normal operation.
