Note that some plans only cover one device. With such plans, you will not be able to install and sign in to your My Kaspersky account via sharing a link or QR code to other devices. Link and QR code sharing is only available for plans with several devices.

If you already have a subscription to Kaspersky Security Cloud, you can still use it in the Kaspersky app. Here you can read more about the options for your subscription.

Managing subscriptions

A subscription is the purchase of the right to use the application according to specific parameters (for example, subscription expiration date, number of devices).

You can manage your subscription (for example, buy, suspend, or resume) via your personal account page on the service provider's website (for example, via your Apple account). Follow the instructions on the App Store.

About auto-renewal

The availability of auto-renewal depends on your region.

A subscription can be renewed automatically or manually. An auto-renewed subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period until you cancel it. A manually renewed subscription must be renewed at the end of each subscription period.

If you do not turn on auto-renewal or for some reason the app was unable to auto-renew your subscription (your credit card has expired or was declined), when your subscription expires, the app will switch to the limited version. To continue using the app under the subscription, you will need to manually renew your subscription on the Kaspersky website or via your provider.

Ordering a subscription for Kaspersky app will not cancel your other subscriptions that include Kaspersky app. To avoid additional charges, make sure you have canceled or disabled autorenewal for subscriptions that you don't need.

About canceling a subscription

To cancel a subscription or switch to manual renewal:

  1. Go to your personal account page on the service provider's website.
  2. Check if there are any active subscriptions that include the app for which you are buying a subscription.

Cancel or disable auto-renewal for subscriptions that you don’t need.

You can only buy one subscription for Kaspersky app per Apple ID. To switch your subscription to another My Kaspersky account, submit a request to Customer Service via My Kaspersky, and include a detailed description of the issue.

If you have an active subscription for Kaspersky VPN, you can use it in the stand-alone app Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection.

When you subscribe to the Premium version, you may be offered a reduced price for some time. This discount may be granted only once and only applies to the specified period. After this period ends, you will be charged the normal subscription fee for the package you have chosen.

If you subscribe to the Plus and Premium plans for the Kaspersky app, you can use the Kaspersky VPN functionality. Kaspersky VPN is also available in the trial version of Kaspersky app Plus.

Blocked subscription

The “Blocked” subscription status means that Kaspersky engineers have blocked the activation code to prevent its illegal use. You need to activate the app with a new activation code.

To get a new activation code, contact Kaspersky Customer Service. You can also buy a new activation code in an online store.

About Kaspersky VPN

Kaspersky VPN functionality is not available in some regions.

Kaspersky VPN hides your real location and encrypts all data sent and received by your device.

How it works

Public Wi-Fi networks may be under-protected, for example, a Wi-Fi network may use a vulnerable encryption protocol or popular Wi-Fi network name (SSID). When you make internet purchases over an unsecured Wi-Fi network, your passwords and other confidential data may be transmitted without encryption. Hackers can intercept your confidential data, find out your bank card details and then access your money.

When connecting to a Wi-Fi network, the app checks the network. If the Wi-Fi network is unsecured, the app prompts you to enable a secure connection via a specially allocated virtual server. This way, the app sends and receives your data over an encrypted secure connection. This process guarantees that no one in the Wi-Fi network can intercept your private data.

Advantages

Kaspersky VPN provides the following advantages:

  • Safe use of payment systems and booking websites. No one in the Wi-Fi network will be able to intercept your bank card details when you make online payments, book hotel rooms, or rent cars.
  • Protection of your privacy. Others can't determine the IP address of your device or your location.
  • Protection of your personal data. No one in the Wi-Fi network will be able to intercept and read your email, chats, and private correspondence on social networks.

By default, you have the free version of Kaspersky VPN. You can switch to the unlimited version.

Now you can use VPN in the upgraded all-in-one app — Kaspersky for iOS. This app has everything you need for your protection and privacy and it includes Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection functionality.

When you install Kaspersky app, tap VPN and follow the instructions on the screen to transfer your VPN settings.

After these settings are transferred, the VPN will work via Kaspersky app. At the same time, VPN functionality will stop working in Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, and you can delete this app.

The secure connection will be automatically turned off while the VPN settings are being transferred to Kaspersky app.

If you want to transfer VPN settings, both apps should be connected to the same My Kaspersky account. If you have different subscriptions and want to use them at the same time, you'll have to contact Customer Service.

You can still change your mind and use Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection instead of Kaspersky app. However, settings cannot be transferred back from Kaspersky app. If you decide to keep using Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, you will have to configure the VPN settings manually.

About the subscription

If you have a My Kaspersky account with a subscription to Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, you can sign in to it in Kaspersky app and use the subscription.

If you used an anonymous subscription for Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, you will have to connect to your My Kaspersky account. As a result, your subscription will become deanonymized.

Use of VPN may be regulated by local legislation. You may use VPN only in accordance with its purpose and without violating local legislation.

In some regions, using a VPN is legally regulated. To learn more, refer to this article.

Available only in Kaspersky Standard, Plus and Premium. App availability for other platforms depends on your region.

You can use your subscription to protect all your devices running iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows, or macOS. The exact number of devices on which you can use the subscription was specified in subscription properties when you made your purchase.

You can always check how many devices you are currently protecting and how many more you can protect in your My Kaspersky account. There you will also find easy-to-use tools for sharing your protection with other devices.

Available only in Kaspersky Plus for iOS.

You have the option to increase the number of devices you can protect by upgrading your current subscription. If you have a 1-device Kaspersky Plus subscription, you can upgrade to a subscription that covers 3 or 5 devices. If you have a 3-device subscription, you can upgrade to a subscription that covers 5 devices.

After you upgrade, you will get a refund for any unused period of your previous subscription.

To increase the number of devices you can protect:

  1. Open the Kaspersky app.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. In the Upgrade Subscription section, tap Check Details.
  4. On the next screen, select the number of devices you’d like to protect. If your current subscription covers 3 devices, the only option is to upgrade to a 5-device subscription.

Viewing the VPN state and available traffic

You can view the secure connection state and make sure that your data is transferred securely.

In the free version, you can also view the amount of secure traffic available for today. In the unlimited version, the app doesn't display traffic usage because you have an unlimited amount of secure traffic.

The amount of available secure traffic doesn't affect the amount of internet traffic available from your mobile operator. You can continue using the internet after the secure traffic limit is exceeded, but your data won't be secured by Kaspersky VPN.

To view the secure connection state and available secure traffic,

Open the main app window and navigate to the VPN section.

About Wi-Fi Security Check

Wi-Fi Security Check offers to turn on a secure connection when you connect to the internet via an unsecured Wi-Fi network. This way, you can enter your confidential data safely, for example, in a public Wi-Fi network.

You can configure rules to automatically activate a secure connection for networks that you use often.

If there is no internet connection in an unsecured Wi-Fi network, a secure connection will not be turned on automatically or the app will not offer to turn on a secure connection. The app will notify you that there is no internet connection in the unsecured Wi-Fi network.

If you configured automatic activation of a secure connection or tapped Turn On for the unsecured Wi-Fi network without an internet connection, the app will check for an internet connection during one hour. If the app detects internet connection, a secure connection will be turned on. If the device is disconnected from this Wi-Fi network, the app will stop trying to turn on a secure connection on the device.

About the virtual location

Your virtual location is a simulated location that will be presented to the websites and apps you open, allowing you to keep your true location private. You can select this location in the app's interface.

If you want to appear to the internet as a visitor from a different country, you can change the country specified in the location settings.

By default, the app chooses the location automatically. Usually, the selected location provides the fastest connection.

If you are using the free version, you can't select the virtual location. The location is always selected automatically.

Kaspersky app at the moment supports the following virtual locations.

Page top

[Topic 140373]

Changing the location

To change the location:

  1. Open Kaspersky app.
  2. Select the VPN section.
  3. Select the location.

If you want the app to select a location with the fastest server automatically, select the Fastest Server option.

To watch regional content in streaming services, select the recommended location.

If you prefer using specific locations, you can add them to your favorites for quick access.

To add the virtual location to your favorites:

  1. Open Kaspersky app > VPN.
  2. Find the desired location either by searching for it, or by scrolling the list of locations.
  3. Tap the heart next to the location to add it to your favorites.

You will see your favorite locations on the Favorites tab.

To remove a location from your favorites, tap the heart next to the location.

If you are using the free version, you can't select the virtual location. The location is always selected automatically.

Protecting data if a secure connection is lost

When you turn on a VPN, your data is reliably protected while you surf the internet. However, if the VPN connection drops, your data will be unprotected, and attackers can steal it. For example, while you're walking around a shopping mall, your phone switches from one Wi-Fi connection to another. Each time this happens, it takes Kaspersky app a few seconds to protect your new connection.

To ensure that your data is always protected, use Kill Switch. Kill Switch will cut off data transfer over the internet when the VPN is reconnecting. Your internet connection will be restored as soon as the VPN turns on.

By default, Kill Switch is turned off and Kaspersky app does not block your internet access if the VPN connection is interrupted.

To protect your data, Kill Switch blocks data transfer via the internet entirely, until the VPN is restored.

To use Kill Switch, you must turn on VPN restoration after a disruption.

To turn on Kill Switch:

  1. Open Kaspersky app.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings > VPN settings.
  3. Turn on Kill Switch.
  4. The app may prompt you to turn on VPN restoration after a disruption and to grant the required permissions. Follow the instructions in the app interface.

The application will block your internet access if the VPN connection is interrupted. You will be back online as soon as the VPN connection is restored.

Selecting a VPN protocol

The speed and availability of VPN depend on the region you are connecting from. If you notice slower speeds or if VPN is unavailable, try using a different protocol.

You can select from 3 options:

  • Auto

This option lets the Kaspersky app select the optimal protocol for your current connection.

  • Catapult Hydra

This protocol works well for long-distance connections. Select it if your physical location is far from the virtual location you want to connect to.

  • WireGuard

This is a globally trusted open-source protocol that provides high connection speeds even on low-performance devices. The WireGuard protocol uses ChaCha20-Poly1305 data encryption.

To select a VPN protocol:

  1. Open the Kaspersky app.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings > VPN settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Protocol card and tap it.
  4. Tap the protocol you want to select.

    The protocol is changed.

Please note that the VPN connection must be turned off to change the protocol. If Phishing & Malware Filter or VPN are on, they will be turned off to change the protocol. You can turn these features back on after the protocol is changed.

About Phishing & Malware Filter

This feature is available only in the Standard, Plus and Premium subscription plans for the Kaspersky app.

What is phishing?

Scammers send you to a website that mimics the site of a trustworthy organization. They need you to open it and type in some of your personal data, for example, your Apple ID or bank card details. Then scammers will use the information they tricked from you to rob you or blackmail you. This type of fraud is called phishing and no device is safe from it.

What websites are usually faked?

Fraudsters can fake online services like banks or even Apple. The web address in the link may look very similar to the one you know, with just one tiny symbol giving away the impostors. But this difference is really hard to notice, even for experienced users.

How can I protect my data?

The answer is simple—turn on Phishing & Malware Filter. The Phishing & Malware Filter feature automatically checks the links opened on the device for fraud, malware, and other web threats. If the website is dangerous, its link will be blocked.

Phishing & Malware Filter checks not only the links you open, but also online activity of the apps. This may cause some app features to be blocked. In Japan, the app also blocks links to restricted websites.

When Phishing & Malware Filter is on, you can monitor the real-time statistics:

  • How many websites, or more specifically domains, were checked while you were using the device
  • How many malicious links were blocked by Phishing & Malware Filter
Page top

[Topic 197526]

Turning on Phishing & Malware Filter

To turn on Phishing & Malware Filter:

  1. Open Kaspersky app.
  2. Scroll down to the Phishing & Malware Filter section and turn on the feature.

The Phishing & Malware Filter feature uses VPN technology. This is why when you turn on Phishing & Malware Filter you need to allow the app to set up a VPN configuration.

If you turn off VPN in the device settings, Phishing & Malware Filter will stop working.

When you turn on Phishing & Malware Filter, the VPN icon appears in the status bar. However, it doesn’t mean that VPN is on. To turn on VPN, follow this instruction.

About crypto scams

Crypto scams are a variety of cybercrime that aim to steal cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin.

Types of crypto scams

Crypto scams can take the following forms:

  • Fake websites and crypto wallets. Scammers create a fake site that mimics a known crypto exchange or a fake wallet. Such a website can be hard to tell apart from the real thing because the domain name and layout of the website closely resemble the original. Users visit the fake website and enter their sensitive information, revealing it to the scammers.
  • Crypto phishing. Scammers create phishing links that lead to fake websites, crypto exchanges, or investment platforms. These links are then emailed to victims or placed on other websites. Users click the links, losing their data or funds.
  • Fake investments in a "new" cryptocurrency. Scammers create a sham proposal to invest into a new project, for example, a new cryptocurrency. Interested users send funds to the specified crypto wallet, but no cryptocurrency is in fact created, and the invested funds are never returned.
  • Fake cryptocurrency investment opportunities. Scammers advertise lucrative cryptocurrency investment opportunities on social networks, promising to return the invested amount severalfold. Instead of the promised income, users lose the invested amounts.
  • Scams involving the purchase of mining hardware. Users pay for cryptocurrency production (mining) hardware, but never receive the promised items.
  • Fake cryptocurrency purchasing websites. Scammers create a website where you can ostensibly purchase cryptocurrency for fiat at a good exchange rate. You send the money but get nothing in return.
  • Pump-and-dump schemes involving cryptocurrencies. Scammers launch a massive advertising campaign to prop up an individual cryptocurrency. They promise that the price of the cryptocurrency will continue to grow. Investors rush to purchase the cryptocurrency being advertised. Scammers then quickly sell off the cryptocurrency at the elevated price, which can cause its price to crash below the initial level within minutes.

How the Kaspersky app recognizes crypto scams

The Kaspersky app checks links on websites against a regularly updated database of phishing web addresses and fake cryptocurrency exchanges. If the website or crypto exchange is fake, the app will notify you and block your access before the resource can harm you.

About Data Leak Checker

What is this?

The Data Leak Checker feature checks your accounts on the web and alerts you when information about you becomes publicly accessible.

If you don't have a subscription for Kaspersky Plus or Premium, limited functionality is available: the app only checks your My Kaspersky account for data leaks. Full functionality is available if you have a subscription for Kaspersky Plus or Premium.

Why should I worry about my data?

Cybercriminals may gain access to various web resource databases and steal user account data. Using these feature, you can learn whether your account data has been stolen and perform recommended actions to protect your data.

How the feature works?

You can check your account manually or set up automatic account checks. Kaspersky app checks the specified account and if the check reveals that your data may be publicly accessible, the app will notify you about it and display a list of sites from which a data leak could have occurred, the date of possible leak, and the category of data that may be publicly accessible.

Kaspersky app lets you check for possible leaks of not only your own data, but also data from other user accounts belonging to your friends and family, for example.

If you have a subscription for Kaspersky Plus or Premium, you can set up automatic checks for up to 50 accounts in addition to your own My Kaspersky account.

When checking user accounts, Kaspersky does not retrieve data as plain text. It uses the data only to perform the specified check and does not store it. On detecting a leak, Kaspersky app does not gain access to the user data itself. It only provides information about categories of data that may be publicly accessible.

Identity Theft Check

The Identity Theft Check feature is only available to users with the Premium subscription plan.

Your phone number is your ID in banking apps, online stores, social media, and other services. If someone acquires data linked to your phone number, they can easily impersonate you—and, for example, access your bank accounts or get a loan in your name.

The Identity Theft Check feature checks your phone number against databases of leaks. After running the check, we will show you all websites that have leaked account data associated with this phone number. We will also display the categories of data that were leaked, and provide recommendations on what you can do about the leaks. In addition to your own phone number, you can also check phone numbers of your family members. All phone numbers that you add will be checked automatically on a regular basis. If new leaks are discovered, you will receive a notification on your device.

Before the app checks phone numbers for leaked data, it doubly encodes them using a hash function. This means the phone numbers you submit never leave your device.

Checking your phone-linked accounts

To check your phone number for data leaks:

  1. Open the Kaspersky app > Identity > Identity Theft Check.
  2. Add a phone number either by manually entering it, or by selecting it from your device's Contacts. You can select multiple numbers when adding numbers from Contacts.

Make sure that the number you add starts with a + and a country code, is from 6 to 20 digits long, and doesn't include symbols like * and #.

  3. Tap Check for Leaks to run the first check.

Before running the first check, the app will prompt you to read the data processing statement. Accept it to use the feature.

After you add your numbers, the app will automatically and regularly check them and alert you in case of new leaks.

You will be able to view detailed information about previous and new leaks by tapping a phone number in the list of phone numbers.

It's only possible to automatically check 50 numbers at a time. If you would like to check a number that has not been added yet, you can delete an old number and submit a new one for the check.

To delete a phone number from the list:

  1. Open the Kaspersky app > Identity > Identity Theft Check.
  2. Swipe left on the number you want to delete.
  3. Tap Delete.

Please note that all phone numbers you've added to the Kaspersky app will be deleted from the app if you revoke your acceptance of the Identity Theft Check Statement.

About Social Privacy

This feature is available only in the Plus and Premium subscription plans for the Kaspersky app. In some regions the feature is unavailable.

Popular social services like Google and Facebook collect your data while you use them. This information is used to personalize your search experience and social interactions. We believe that you should have the option to see which data is being collected and to stop sharing it with the app or other app users whenever you want. The Social Privacy feature lets you manage data collection and privacy preferences in several services — right from our app. With Social Privacy, take control of your data in a single app and learn more internet privacy tips.

How it works

To start using Social Privacy, accept the Social Privacy Statement as part of the first run wizard or later when you decide to use the feature. This applies if you are using Kaspersky app in the European Union. You can withdraw your consent at any time but doing that limits the functionality of the feature.

The table below shows the supported services and the data whose collection settings you can manage and change.

Managing data collection and privacy settings

With the Social Privacy feature, you can learn which of your personal data is collected by Google, clear your search history and disable the collection of data.

Manage your Google history

  1. On the main Social Privacy screen, go to the Services section and tap Google. Sign in to your Google account when prompted.
  2. In the History section of the screen, tap the type of history you want to learn more about.
  3. If you want to clear history collected by Google, go back to the Google section of the feature and in the History section, tap Manage History.
  4. On the screen that opens, select the activity history you want to delete. Then tap Delete.

The collected history will be deleted. If you don't want Google to collect your personal data, disable data collection in the Data Collection section on the main Google screen of the Social Privacy feature. Otherwise, new activity history collected by Google will later appear in the History section of the Social Privacy feature.

Manage your Google data tracking

  1. On the main Social Privacy screen, go to the Services section and tap Google. Sign in to your Google account when prompted.
  2. In the Data Collection section of the screen, tap Manage Data Tracking.
  3. Choose the service you want to stop sharing data with and tap Stop tracking.
  4. If you want to stop data tracking on all services, go back to the Data Collection section and tap Manage Data Tracking.
  5. On the screen that opens, select the services you want to stop sharing data with and tap Stop Tracking.

Your data won't be collected by Google services, but the history won't be deleted. If you want to delete the history, clear the collected data in the History section on the main Google screen of the Social Privacy feature.

If you stop data tracking for apps and web search, personalization of your Google services may be limited. For example, Google may stop recommending places of interest to you, and your web search results may become less relevant. Data tracking will be disabled in all apps and on all websites and devices where you are logged into the same account. After you stop data tracking, for some time Google may still use the information collected about your recent search to improve the web search results during the active session. Telegram-specific data provision

When using the Social Privacy feature to update your Telegram privacy settings, you first need to use a web browser to sign in to the service.

The web browser logs the user's personal data as follows: a folder with user logs is created inside the Kaspersky app directory. Access to the log file is limited and by default is granted only to the Kaspersky app and also to the user if the device has been rooted.

Saved logs are stored on your device until one of the following occurs:

  • You sign out of your Telegram account
  • You withdraw your consent to the Privacy Statement (for the EU, UK, Brazil, Vietnam, and residents of the US state of California)
  • You uninstall the Kaspersky app from your device (for other regions)

For more information about your web browser, see its documentation.

Secure QR Scanner

A QR code that you scan with your device can contain different kinds of information. This information can be unsafe for your device: for instance, a link to a phishing website. The Secure QR Scanner feature lets you scan QR codes and safely access the information encrypted in the codes by checking links they may contain.

Here are the instructions for performing typical user tasks that the feature provides:

Scanning a QR code

To scan a QR code:

  1. Point the camera at the QR code.
  2. Keep the device steady for 1-2 seconds.

Secure QR Scanner automatically focuses the image and decrypts information encrypted in the code.

Depending on the type of information encrypted in the code, the device displays text, a link to a website, contact details, or Wi-Fi network connection settings.

Follow these recommendations when scanning a code:

  • If Secure QR Scanner is unable to decode the code, move the camera to or from the QR code to get the image in focus.
  • When illumination is insufficient, tap the flashlight icon on the feature's screen to turn on the flashlight.

In the Settings section of the feature, you can:

  • Turn on sound and vibration confirmation that a code has been scanned.

The vibration confirmation is only available on devices that support this feature.

  • Choose whether you want to be prompted before opening a link from a code.

Opening a website

The Kaspersky app scans links for online threats before opening them. The app uses the

cloud service to check them. The Kaspersky app warns about links to websites that Kaspersky Security Network considers a threat to users.

To open a website:

  1. Point the camera at a QR code with an encoded link.

The Kaspersky app automatically focuses the image and decodes the link embedded in the QR code.

If the app finds no threats or viruses, a new window opens.

  2. Tap Open Link to open the website in the default browser.

The website opens in the default browser of your device.

  3. To always open scanned links automatically, tap Open Scanned Links Without Asking.

Adding a contact

To automatically add contacts to the device after decoding QR codes, you have to grant the Kaspersky app access to your contacts. You will receive an access request when you try to scan a QR code with encoded contact details for the first time. If you did not allow the app to access your contacts after scanning the QR code for the first time, you can tap Home > Settings > Privacy > Contacts. In the settings, enable access to contacts for the Kaspersky app.

The Kaspersky app can recognize contact details encoded in a QR code. After decoding the QR code, you can call the contact by tapping the button or, if a mobile phone number is specified, send an SMS message to the contact by tapping the button. You can also use other means of communication (for example, send an email message) if the relevant contact details are encoded in the QR code.

To add a contact to the device contact list:

  1. Point the camera at a QR code with encoded contact details.

The Kaspersky app automatically focuses the image and decodes the QR code. A window with contact details opens.

  2. You can now create a new contact or add the details to an existing one.

If malicious or phishing links were detected in the Website field of contact data, those links are removed from contact data before saving the contact.

Anti-Banner

This feature is available only in the Plus and Premium subscription plans for the Kaspersky app.

Many websites show pop-up banner ads on pages you visit, because they earn money for each tap or for showing the banner to a certain number of users.

On mobile devices, banner ads often cover the actual content you’re browsing or make it temporarily inaccessible, forcing you to wait before you can close them.

Anti-Banner in the Kaspersky app lets you block such banners in the Safari browser. This functionality is based on Apple’s Content Blocker and Safari Web Extension tools for Safari.

To start blocking ads in Safari, you need to turn on Anti-Banner in the app, as well as enable both Kaspersky’s extensions in your device system settings. The steps for turning on these extensions depend on the version of iOS.

Turning on Anti-Banner for the first time on devices running iOS 17 or later

  1. Open the Kaspersky app.

  3. On the next screen, switch on the toggle next to Block Banners.

  6. Tap Extensions.
  7. Tap Kaspersky — Anti-Banner.
  8. Turn on both toggles.
  9. Go back and tap Kaspersky — Safari Extension.
  10. Turn on both toggles.
  11. On the same screen, go down to Permissions and tap All Websites.
  12. Select Allow.

About two-step verification

Two-step verification may be unavailable in your region. For more details, see the My Kaspersky Help.

Two-step verification prevents bad guys from signing in to your My Kaspersky account even if they know your password. To verify your identity, you will receive a unique security code in one of the following ways:

  • Via an SMS. We use the phone number you save on My Kaspersky. This means that both your password and your phone are needed to sign in to your account.
  • Via an authenticator app. You first need to set up two-step verification via your mobile phone number for the authenticator app feature to be available.

You can turn on two-step verification on My Kaspersky. If you change your phone number, you can update it on My Kaspersky. If you are already signed in to your account on a device, nothing will change for you. For detailed instructions, see the My Kaspersky Help.

The security code is valid for a short period. If it expires, request another security code.

If you haven't received an SMS message with a security code

  1. Check whether your mobile network is available.
  2. Wait until the Request Code Again button becomes available in the app.
  3. Tap Request Code Again.

If the problem still persists, contact Customer Service.
