Delete My Kaspersky account
You can delete your My Kaspersky account and all associated information. After deletion, we will send a message containing information about connected applications and entered activation codes to your email address.
This operation removes your account and all associated personal and payment data from the My Kaspersky website. This operation cannot be undone. It removes information about your order history, connected devices, subscriptions, solutions used, and automatic subscription renewal. Auto-renewals will be turned off.
Delete your My Kaspersky account
- In the main app window, tap
or swipe the screen to the right.
The quick access bar appears on the left.
- Tap About.
- Tap Delete Account.
The My Kaspersky page opens. You might need to sign in to continue.
- Tap the Delete button.
- Enter your account password.
- Tap the Delete button.
