You can view entries, or edit them, if needed.

View entries

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. Select the entry you want to view and click Open.

You can zoom a document by clicking / or rotate it by clicking .

Edit entries

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. Select the entry you want to edit and click Open > or > Edit.
  3. Make your changes to the entry.

    If you edit a document, you can zoom it by clicking / or rotate it by clicking . Only rotation will be saved.

  4. Click Save.

View entries from the Kaspersky Password Manager extension for Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. In the browser toolbar, click to open the extension's menu.
  3. If the vault is locked, enter the main password and click Unlock. If your device supports Touch ID and Touch ID is enabled in Kaspersky Password Manager, you can also use it to unlock the vault.
  4. In the extension's menu, select the entry type.
  5. Hover over the entry you want to view and click View Entry.

The entry is displayed in the main application window.

Edit entries from the Kaspersky Password Manager extension for Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. In the browser toolbar, click to open the extension's menu.
  3. If the vault is locked, enter the main password and click Unlock. If your device supports Touch ID and Touch ID is enabled in Kaspersky Password Manager, you can also use it to unlock the vault.
  4. In the extension's menu, select the entry type.
  5. Hover over the entry you want to edit and click Edit Entry.

The entry opens for editing in the main application window.

Edit entries from the Kaspersky Password Manager extension for Chrome or Firefox

  1. Open a browser with the Kaspersky Password Manager extension installed.
  2. In the browser toolbar, click the key button to open the extension's menu.
  3. If the vault is locked, enter the main password and click Unlock. If your device supports Touch ID and Touch ID is enabled in Kaspersky Password Manager, you can also use it to unlock the vault.
  4. In the extension's menu, select the entry type.
  5. Click the pencil button next to the entry you want to edit.

The entry opens for editing in the main application window.

You can also edit website entries from a website sign-in or sign-up page, by using the Kaspersky Password Manager extension.
